Description

The S.R. 82 (Manor Rd.) on-ramp to Eastbound S.R. 30 (By-pass) does NOT include an adequate acceleration lane. The inadequate acceleration lane coupled with a sight distance issue poses a serious safety issue to both S.R. 30 traffic and merging traffic. With the increasing population in Western Chester County commuting eastbound, this safety risk will continue to increase.
