Description
Neighbor piles up his 5 vehicles on my side of street as cleaners come. He blows his leaves onto my yard for 10 yrs now. Police can't catch him. Same man who reported my boat costing me fines....now hides his boat and trailer on his driveway behind those same cars. I need help. I am a disabled senior woman who pays for my lawn care - while he just keeps dumping his garbage on all other neighbors properties. Filed a Cease and Desist but not sure he understands what's coming next. I don't need a lawsuit - I need help from City Officials before that route....but, for 10 full years of this - I'm ready. Per Year!
