This partition thrown up between the current BHS building and the nearby building to its east was being worried by the north wind on Saturday, the 12th of Feb when this screen grab of a video showing it buckling, swaying, and loosening from its frame was taken. (The issue, of course, is if it loosens in the wind further, plywood may fly off and injure any of the numerous pedestrians walking by.)
