The more we get people transferred into the city to live in low income apartments the worse the city gets. Drug dealing and use is out in the open because they know that the courts are overwhelmed and jails are at the maximum so they will get a slap on the wrist, pay a few dollars fine and back using and selling in 24 hours or so. Get caught selling, get kicked out of housing, loose car, license, and so on even at the first time caught will stop this!
