Over the last few years more and more junk cars have appeared on this property located at 3 Pearl Street Ext. and are clearly not being used. Some in driveway or driveway area and also stored on the front yard adjacent to the street at the intersection of Meadowlark Rd. and Pearl Street Ext. Based on my observations this gentleman purchases used cars, they eventually break down and are left on the property and he simply purchases another car, not repairing previous car or removing from his property. There appears to be at least 3 maybe 4 broken down cars and they are probably not registered or insured. The property is now looking like a junkyard and is unsightly to the surrounding neighbors. Bushes also growing out into the road, yard not maintained, piles of junk around the carport side door area and roof looks like it should have been replaced a decade ago, questioning living conditions of the interior of the house based on roof condition. Would appreciate some one request this individual at least clean up their property and remove the old vehicles and piles of junk around the entery way on the south side of the house.
