Truck parked in front of storm water overflow, for over a year and hasn’t been moved. Street sweeper unable to clean the street in front of my house with that truck there. Also the big city trucks that clean out the manholes, is unable to get to that one because of the truck. Can you at least contact owner to move it into his yard
