Q. How is the sidewalk defective?
A. Sidewalks on my road have crumbled apart and my neighborhood has many elderly and children who walk up and down the street. My mother has already fallen a couple times as others.
Q. How long has this condition existed?
A. I have been here a year and it has been this way for longer than this.
