Hello,

My neighbor had a water main break around Christmas time. The company did a poor job filling in the hole they dug in the road to fix the problem. Then we had a bad snow storm and a city plow completely ripped up the pavement and left a huge dip and hole in the road where the water main was accessed previously. Neighbors complained to the city and the city allegedly had the company that handled the water main issue come out to repair the hole. I’m not sure if they failed to do so or did a poor job but there is currently a large hole and dip in the road. I have to attempt to drive over this when I’m attempting to leave or get back to my house as I’m the last house on a dead end block. I’m told that this hole damaged a city plow during a previous storm. The city came down to salt today before the snow storm and put a construction cone on top of the hole. I’m asking that someone come and rectify this problem as soon as possible. I am a taxpayer of this city and am entitled to be able to drive down my street without a threat of damage to my vehicle.
