The woman who lives inside the car is a hoarder & aggressively confrontational. The police have been called on her several times, but they can't do much. I believe the tags on her car are close to being expired.
If her tags are current and she moves it every 72hrs, it will be impossible to tow the car. It is vey sad that she is living in her car and drug addicted.
I don't think she is drug addict from talking/arguing with her, but instead has severe mental health issues. She is ready to argue over anything, which is how she ended up on the street.
