Description

As Seminary Rd gets increasingly congested, it has become dangerous to turn left from Seminary onto Echols and this is the only way to enter my neighborhood. Several cars turn left per light cycle at this intersection. The green arrow is at the end of the cycle, which is a good thing, but it means that cars turning left often have to sit for 30 seconds while cars accelerate up to them and swerve around them into the right lane. Seminary probably isn't large enough to accomodate a left turn lane here (I wish so much that it was - I feel like I risk getting badly rear-ended here everyday), but it would help to have the left arrow at the beginning and the end of the light cycle, or a much longer arrow at the end of the light cycle. It's only a matter of time before someone gets rearended and pushed into oncoming traffic at this dangerous intersection.
