In Dec. the City responded to my tenants' reasonable accommodation request #11572479 to pave over the curbing. The crew put asphalt from the curb onto the street, creating a dam where the snow/rain freezes because it is no longer pitched to the street drain which is far more dangerous than before. The yellow curb is our loading zone where tenants get into pick up vehicles. I have reported this condition before but was told that this area was not scheduled for sidewalk repair.
