Precarious tree poses a risk of collapse in storm. Hazard to traffic and surrounding houses. Should probably be removed.

This matter has been submitted to Arbortists with Richmond Tree Mgmt (20020933751) so that proper consideration can take place accordingly. Richmond Arborists have not devised a plan/course of action just yet. This location is still pending an investigation and scheduling right now.
