Description

Possible illegal stairway being constructed at the end it Richard St on Housing Authority Property. This is at the end I'd Richard St where it leads toward Martensen St. Likely quite a liability for the property owner. This is being built by a bunch of people, not some contractor. Just wanted to provide the heads up.
