What most people can't see is that we have been the victims of drastic budget cuts. There are only three workers doing the work of 73 just a few years ago. The cuts have affected the landscape crews and have allowed public works to increase in there service and performance. This is reached thru citizen input and meetings with area leaders. There has been polling in the various shopping malls and also at open forums. This has all been given to supply citizens with a better focused service. I am not a city worker, I read and attend civic meetings and practice zen minn.

That seems to be the common thread on these issues. I am not sure what a bunch of grass cutters have to do with the real day to day operation of the city. It is grass cutting. the same thing millions of americans do every weekend. It has no effect on the budget or real work that is done in this city!
