Description

In Kent Station, specifically at Ramsay Way and 2nd Pl N, I find the lack of a 3 way stop to be a safety issue. Often times when I come to the end of 2nd, and I’m looking to take a left on Ramsay, it’s hard to see traffic coming from the right (4th Ave). There’s street parking and it is hard to see from my car’s lower vantage point. It’s a high pedestrian area and you’d expect traffic to be slow, but it’s 25 mph and cars can come up fast. Add to the fact that you’re doing double/triple takes for pedestrians and then you accidentally pull out because there was no car there a second ago before you did that pedestrian check. It’s happened to me a couple times at this specific intersection.
