Description
Litter, weeds, trash, junk furniture (including mattresses), overgrown trees are on the empty lot just north of the Ortiz Townhome units - every day/nite homeless people who appear to be drunk hang out in this lot. We are the owners of the carwash directly behind the townhome units (Clean Cruisin Carwash- 1232 San Mateo SE) and this is affecting our business in negative ways. Can the city please clean this mess up so that these people will stop trying to make it their living space? If a picture of this mess would be helpful, please let me know and I can get one to you - - thanks very much for your reply back to me if possible - - we do not know who owns this piece of property so thought we would start first, in contacting the city. HI Darby, you can contact me directly, Steve@ABQ.com. We have been in the neighborhood since 1974 so I remember when that car wash was built. I am tired of the City not responding to problems so I am documenting each and every one and I keep re-opening tickets until they actually get fixed.
It is called See Click Fix, sometimes I think they forget the Fix part.

Nearly two months later and neither the City or Mountain Run Partners has done anything. This trash is still there. I too spoke with Bret Blanchard and sent him a letter along with pictures. Nothing has changed, it has only gotten worse.
The owner is the same owner that owns the ABQ Downs and Casino.
