Owner was in process of cutting shrubs upon Arrival.. CE

The CE must have gone to the wrong address because nothing has been done... the shrubs have not been cut and are still blocking the sidewalk and are beginning to block a stop sign. There is also a basketball net blocking the sidewalk.

Will assign to Code Enforcement for an update.
