Q. Please describe the issue
A. This is some type of a construction project on a commercial property that's wide open no fencing or warning and kids could EASILY get hurt here. The dumpster behind this building is full and overflowing. This is a hazard, an eyesore and needs to be fixed. The back of a building cannot turn into a landfill (in a residential neighborhood) because your dumpster is full. There is mountain of gutted building materials all over the place. I'd be curious if permits exist as well.
