Description
Every day between 4:30 and 5:30 traffic going onto Kerr Avenue doesn't flow. The median hinders drivers to turn left onto Kerr Avenue because they can't reach the turn lane. Therefore more traffic sits on Randall Pwky. causing a traffic cluster.

The Kerr Avenue widening project is underway, it still seems there is no change to the median on Randall Parkway. (On College Road side) The traffic is still being block by the median getting to the left turn lane to Kerr Avenue.
I think it's a shame if all this money is spent and there is no change to this traffic hindrance.

The Kerr Avenue Road Project is still underway. It's been FOUR YEARS! The road should be completely by now; it's not! It actually is worse than before. The traffic issue on Kerr hasn't improved. I live at 534 and the traffic stays backed to Good Will every evening. I thought they were FOUR laning the road. It seems no different in this time frame.
Come on Wilmington! Deal with the traffic!
