Description

The manhole covers on El Camino (just north of Henderson Street - towards Wolf Road) have been making LOUD clanking sounds whenever any car, bus, or truck drives over them. This goes on 24/7. It is LOUD at night. It is probably dangerous for motorcycles to drive over them, but is mainly just an annoyance for everyone within a block of the noise source. It has been 11 months since this was reported (and fixed) - but last night someone has set the manhole covers so that they clank again. Who is doing this?
