Yesterday a sofa was dumped here. Today, several TVs have been added to the stack. Appreciate that the owner had posted "No Dumping" signs. Now how to go about reinforcing that?

Last weekend, the Super 8 had stacks of matresses and box springs outside. Perhaps they are "re-modelling".
Any of TVs have serial numbers that can be traced or some sort of identification tag?
