Not sure of the status. House was Red Tagged about 18 months ago. Roof on North side caved in this past winter.

A letter was sent to the property owner on July 22, 2014 for the grass and weeds and they will have seven days to comply and if at the end of the seven days it is done the City will have their contractor take care of the situation and the property owner will be billed and this can be added to their taxes.
It does not now show that this is a registered rental property according to the database.

The property has been vacant since a fire about 18 months ago. The post office delivered the notice to me by accident. It's addressed to an empty house. I flagged it for them to pick up tomorrow.
