Actually, these people are owners not renters.

I drive by this house everyday to bring my kids to school. I'm surprised to hear these are actual owners. The house actually looks like people are squatting in there. I stopped one day and even noticed that when they painted the house they only painted the front part not the whole thing. Hopefully they will get the hint sooner or later and make the house looks somewhat nice.
