On approximately 1/28/22 a small water main leak was coming out at this location. On 2/14/22 the water main was fixed and this pavement patch was applied.
Initial this repair was fairly flush to the existing adjacent road surface. However, it's since sunk approximately 10" deep.
It is the entire south bound lane; at 9' wide and 4' long.

At this point it's primarily a large pothole road surface issue.
It will become a water main break eventually if left in this state.
