Description

The women who runs the building is extremely prejudice & discriminative. I had called recently to be a co-signer for my mother & her exact words were “I don’t rent to you people.” I was appalled. My credit score is 731. I don’t think she expected me to be educated/well off. Before handing up on me, she told me where the homeless shelter was located. Sense then, I’ve taken it upon myself to speak to some of the people who do live in her building:
Her tenants have to shovel snow out of their apartments because the windows don’t close all the way. The plumbing isn’t up to code, wiring is about to cause an electrical fire. Lead paint, cupboards falling off the walls, etc.
I’m sure she is discriminative against people with disabilities because the city inspects the units before allowing such individuals to live there. She is a monster of a human being & I hope the city can investigate.
It’s hard enough to find housing right now. On top of landlords like her making it nearly impossible.
