  Thank you for using the 311 system to report this issue. The Department of Public Works has been clearing the sidewalk of the mud and assessing the cost to the property owners. The City is also in the process of making a change to our current ordinance for property owners/management groups to increase the assessment they incur for not following our current ordinance. The ordinance change has gone through the ordinance review board and will be going to Council for approval in April.
