Deskripsyon

The phone, cable and electric lines between the street and the house address 25 Pelham are perilously close to the ground. The lines come off a pole on the opposite side of the street. They pass over a slight hill where someone can easily reach them.

Would suggest calling each utility abt this. They will come & look & fix them. Be careful; do not touch the lines.

Apparently UI sent a rep who claimed that fixing this street line was the responsibility of the homeowner, not UI. I understand differently. Problem needs to be pursued at a higher level of UI.
