This like other watches that have not been resolved in Phoenixville only goes to substantiate the thought that these issues do not get to the proper authority. If you look at who sees the issues, i.e. Phoenixville Public Works and The Phoenix, all we can assume is that they don't give a rats a__!
Why waste time informing them? No sense in complaining. ClickFix is worthless unless you just want to get something off your chest.
