Decibel Meter (Ospite)
Record your neighbors when they're being noisy (i.e., video them from your window). Then upload that video to youtube. Then add a link to that video by clicking on the "Add a YouTube video" icon.
Even better would be to also show a decibel meter while you're recording your noisy neighbors (easily bought from amazon.com). If your decibel meter shows noise consistently above 45dB, which is the decibel cap for New Haven between 10pm and 7am, then this would also add evidence that you're neighbors are breaking City Ordinance.

I also have a problem in my neighborhood. I am seeking a passive-aggressive solution that will resolve the problem with little-to-no-effort on my part. I also don't want to get my hands dirty.
