Jacko, you are now at a point of revoking a business license? Ticketing/impounding cars that arent the businesses? Are you from another Country? If even half of the false claims you made were true why bot show your name and make these complaints instead of cowering behind a false name? Complaint after complaint, many of which have been proven false. Have you ever read the story about the boy who cried wolf? There is a better way to go about issues.

I am local as you can go. Since you asked, actually, 148 is rented by a fine gentleman from India, and 146 a fine gentleman from Dominican Republic. Both barely speak English, but enough to convey that this is what thy used to do in their merry places back home. Concept of public safety for them is unthinkable.

Revocation of business license for criminal activity is on Jersey City books from times before they were even born. City of Newark tickets and impounds any vehicle like that, and ownership is of nobody's concern, except crook's who places cars. They on learned hard way long time ago.

Verbal warning has been given to both locations 146 & 148 Central Ave to keep cars off sidewalk. Next time any cars are parked on the sidewalk will lead to summons.
