1. Illegal zoning variance issued because no public notice was given of application.

3. Construction permit could not have been issued due to traffic hazard created by adding multiple parking spaces off road. This is tiny and congested street as is, and this is through street.

5. Dumping soil into public storm drain. No runoff protection.

8. I request City force crooked general contractor to pay for damage to public storm drain system.
