1. Illegal dumping of soil into storm drain. No runoff protection allowed by Meyer, despite of last weeks visit form inspector.

2. No permit of any kind.

3. Crooked contractor damaged sycamore tree by driving staples into it.

4. No fence. Children can enter. Whatever it is, it is not a fence.

5. Illegal driveway permit issued. No traffic study. There was none before. Large tree in front of a proposed driveway.

6. Clean Water Act violation. This is conversion from one sewer connection to two. It violates existing federal court injunction.

7. I request City fire Construction Code Official Raymond Meyer for criminal act of misconduct in office.

8. I request stop work order.

9. I request City charges crooked general contractor for damages to storm drain.

10. I request City Corporate Counsel notifies federal prosecutor representing EPA of CWA violation.
