This is just another example of the constant use and abuse that my sidewalk has taken over the years. There was a time when the grass would grow there, primarily because there used to be a tree and a No Parking This Side sign that would stop numerous trucks, such as UPS, FEDEX USPS etc. from riding up on the non existent curb there but there has never been anything done to address this. The only time it was even starting to be addressed was when the tree warden replaced the tree that was there but knocked down and in that instance, the replacement tree was young and eventually knocked down . I would like to see that the asphalt side and correseponding curb be replaced, along with a replaced NO PARKING sign and a new tree. Our neighbors sidewalk has been replaced. Again, not the first time I have created this issue but there has been no response or action taken.
