Description

Construction workers are blocking street and using it a private parking location during the work week. Additionally, they are leaving dangerous debris nails and construction waste behind. This is still ongoing - contractors and the home owners need to get a permit like the rest of us. This is the 3rd new 'neighborhood' on our block of Catherine who is doing an addition/rehab - and making it a mess. Trucks roll over our property lines and we - the neighbors are left with the repair and maintenance - because of undocumented construction workers.... It's the actual homeowners on both st albans or Catharine streets who are not given any consideration.
