I spoke with the inspector for this area and we do not enforce the use of a mailbox. A complaint cannot be entered.

Per further investigation, City Services does not implement nor enforce usage of a mailbox. This is a Post Office related matter. The resident at this address may have a PO BOX instead, as an alternative method for receiving mail.
