Can you finally acknowledge and attempt to do something about this wasteland? It’s on city property. How about seeing an example in the positive direction vs this negative one. People are so accustomed with this mess that they feel it’s a good place to dispose of firearms here on city property!

Winston, this has been cleaned. It's the same location of all the Ricardo, Claudia and Barack Obama litter tickets. I'm trying to weed through these when I can to help alleviate duplications and time for staff to investigate.
