Q. Please describe the issue
A. Dear Heath Department Rep, I stopped by at Chick-Fil-A Chicopee in Memorial Drive for dinner. It was super crowded and chaotic One of the items I ordered was Chicken nuggets on 03/18/2022 at 6:17 PM . After few nuggets , I got strange tasting and strange textured nugget that I bit into. I immediately realized it was uncooked or undercooked. I also found few other nuggets same way undercooked. I had mild tummy ache that night and next day but I didn’t have to go to doctor’s office. I reported it to the restaurant but they offered coupons. I refused the offer. They refused to address the root cause of issue. I assume that they are just running the place with untrained chefs and serving undercooked food due to crowd size. I can send you the receipt as my proof of purchase if required.
