I bought this house in 2018 when it was already connected to city sewage flowing from the house toward the street: Dawes Road. The old septic tanks were never filled in and should have been. The cape are easily removed and I have a young child and would like to put in a playground set but worry that a child may fall in these unused empty tanks.
