Description
This apartment has little to no heat. Sometimes even when temperature gets below the lawful mark, there's still no heat. I've called 311 couple of times but no action was taken.
Even spoken to the management of the building but nothing was done. Many old folks live in this building and this is a terrible condition for them. Pls help.

Again, there was no heat on Friday 1/21/2011 night and no hot water, all tenants complained but to no avail.
Apartment management is Rego Realty LLC and phone number is 718-459-1615.

Hi Amber,
We spoke to the manager at Rego Realty. He insists that there is adequate heat and hot water in your building.
If your heat and hot water have been restored, please close this report. If not, please call 311 again and contact your City Council member for help.
