This project should be torn down and a rebuilt as a mixed income/commercial street leading directly to downtown (call me delusional). The garbage and crime problems will always be with us, as long as this place exists, in its current form, (the tenants and the management share responsibility for conditions in this project), so I'm going to close the issue.

Don't u think it should stay open if the trash is still there?

When Church St. South is finally torn down, then maybe the trash issue will be resolved.
