Thank you for reporting this issue. Currently with the amount of traffic and single left turn lane and short storage lane for the LT vehicles, the volumes present on other approaches is high along with the barricades/construction going on it is a difficult situation. If you think of the intersection as funnel we are pouring more water into the funnel than the small opening at the bottom can handle so it is spilling over and causing back ups in all directions. We will watch it and see if anything can be done. Previously the oversaturated LT lane could use the thru to store many of long lines of LT vehicles and the thru vehicle would keep to the right more, now with the restrictions it is worse because the LT vehicles cant even get to the left turn lane without the thru vehicles clearing out. Until the construction is completed this will be a difficult situation, However we will try to watch it and see what we can help with... Mike
