Owner responded and is in the process of obtaining Permits for work being done at the house. (Mohammed Hosein)

New report: "Construction where there was excavation for the addition of a basement entrance, heavy machinery and the construction of a deck where they supposedly needed a permit and a survey because this is on the edge of a wetlands, this they did on weekends,"

So, can the city come in and remove the illegally constructed entity? Is there a point where getting a permit after the fact just doesn't cut it any more? Where perhaps the best deterrent is to just remove the construction?
