lived here for 3 years. every winter the hot water heater and furnace would "break" although would miraculously be fixed by the time the inspector showed up a week later. 2 years ago, we went for 5 straight days with no heat or hot water. super's phone voicemail box is always full, preventing you from leaving a message, and landlord doesn't have an answering machine or voicemail, so it just rings and rings and rings.
