Actually just noticed reported initially on 2/March. Nearly a month a ago. This is critical as higher risk of dogs escaping.

Fixed with a tie strap for now, but please fix soon. Thanks again.

Thank you for providing this update. We are working with our vendor who replaced the lock to take corrective action to ensure they are installed appropriately.

Latch to outer gate for large dog area was repaired.
