Description
The alley's gravel/dirt needs backfill, smoothing, resurfacing really thru the length from 4th Avenue North to 2nd Avenue North. Potholes are an issue too as they have continued to deepen over time without routine maintenance.
More specifically, the alley behind our home has multiple large oak tree roots showing that cause the alley surface to be unlevel. I am disabled and have fallen taking my trash out to the dumpster behind our house. I sustained a permanent injury from this fall. This is an ongoing safety issue.

Hello. I'm writing to inquire about the status of my earlier request. I have spoken with some of my neighbors who have also had tripping incidents in the alley because the alley surface is not level, has potholes, etc. I'm just following up on my request because this is an ongoing safety issue for myself as a disabled person & other residents as well.
I do not see that any corrective actions have occurred. Other neighbors agree that it doesn't appear that anything has been done yet. Can you please tell me the status of the SPTO work order created on 4/6/2022? What work is to be done & potentially when? Thank you for your assistance.
