There are 2 carts in the pucture I submitted, one emptied and one not; this isnthe nature of my complaint. I have 1 large and 1 small blue curbside dumpster cart, (unless you are going to exchange a second large, recycling cart for the remaining small cart I have,) the issue is Waste management not emptying the second cart, since the city has gone to recycling pickups every other week, the 2nd small cart is used even more than when the large cart was exchanged, and we were serviced once a week.

There is also 3 small blue carts sitting along MacArthur Road for almost 4 months. Why have they not been picked up??????

And how can this issue be closed by FAYFIXIT when it has not been taken care of?

I have 2 recycling containers, 1 large that was exchanged during the small to large swap. I also have 1 small blue recycling container; over the course of what is now our 2 week pick up cycle, both of these are filled.

Today I found the smaller of the 2, not picked up; during a previous scheduled service week (3/29) I made note of what was in the containers, and posted a complaint on the app. The response I received, and closed without action ( to which I replied and reopened it) was about the exchange of the curbside dumpsters, which is not the issue, I do not need to exchange another curbside recycling container, I need the ones I put out at the curb to be serviced at the same time on the scheduled day.
