Upon inspection, trash was not located as described and may have been removed prior to my arrival. I observed broken window that was boarded up and have reached out to the Downtown Development Manager to speak to the property owner about getting this repaired.

Furthermore, I have been advised that this property was recently acquired and that it will likely be developed in the future.

If the condition of this property is found to be in violation of ordinance in the future, please feel free to report the same on this platform!

Thanks for looking at the building and updating a change in ownership. I am actually surprised that in the opinion of Town Officials, the present condition of this building is acceptable. Granted, the broken window has been boarded up, but they did not remove the remaining portion of the broken window. This is extremely dangerous as it is obviously not tempered glass. They did not even sweep up the broken glass. This area is easily accessible to kids, they just walk up the open steps. The sign that blew off of the building a long time ago is still laying on the porch. How does this building comply with the window ordinance that went in to effect 1/1/2021 for the Renaissance Area downtown? This Friday there will be thousands of people walking right buy this building, is this how we want to show off this section of White Street?
