Sharraxaadda

Some people who live here and visitors use Clinton street as a raceway. The speed limit is 25, then 20 but people are always speeding. We have a lot of pedestrians on Clinton and it is becoming increasingly unsafe. Also there is a huge noise pollution problem in Delaware city, whether it's the multitude of bikers rumbling down the street, at all hours of the day including when the pea patch pub closes, with their modified exhaust systems or the people blaring their radio in their car. The quality of life has slowly been eroded here for those of us who live in town and especially on Clinton street.
