I'll ask our Stormwater staff to check into this. Will post an update when they respond.

On July 30, 2014, the Stormwater Division inspected the complaint regarding removal of vegetation along Pigeon House Branch at 1621 Capital Blvd. The inspection revealed that quite a bit of nuisance vegetation was removed (exempt from the buffer rules) as well as a few small trees. We have forwarded our findings as well as photo documentation to the NC Division of Water Resources so that they may decide how they will enforce this.
