Why is this median area always wet? The constant moisture cause the pavement to breakup leading to perpetual potholes. No matter how many times they patch the asphalt, they keep coming back. Needs a permanent solution.

The Paving Division of Metro Public Works is already aware of this situation, and this section of roadway qualifies for repairs. Based upon the Overall Condition Index (OCI) and projected available funding, repairs could be performed within the next 1-2 years.
